Return Policy:

Since these are living plants it is very difficult to take returns. If they are not packed right for their return, they can arrive in terrible condition. So, we do not take returns unless we have talked about it with you first.

If you are unhappy with a product, please contact us right away and send pictures of the exact orchid we sent within one or two days. If there is damage due to shipping you must follow up with the carrier. We have no control over shipping once it leaves our shop.

If you transplant a blooming orchid, we will not replace it. You should never disturb roots on a blooming orchid.
